Synaptics to Report Fourth Quarter Results on July 28

SAN JOSE, Calif., July 13, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Synaptics(R) Incorporated (Nasdaq: SYNA), a leading developer of interface solutions for mobile computing, communications, and entertainment devices, announced today that it will report financial results for its fourth quarter and fiscal year 2005 on Thursday, July 28, 2005 after the close of market. The company will host a corresponding conference call for analysts and investors at 2:00 p.m. PT (5:00 p.m. ET) during which management may discuss forward-looking information. Participating on the call will be President and CEO Francis Lee and CFO Russ Knittel.

To participate on the live call, analysts and investors should dial 800-218-0204 at least ten minutes prior to the call.
