Marvell(R) Reference Design for ARMADA(TM) 610 Processor Features Synaptics(R) ClearPad 3000 Series(TM)

(Nasdaq: SYNA), a leading developer of human interface solutions for mobile computing, communications, and entertainment devices, announced that its ClearPad 3000 Series(TM) capacitive multi-touch sensor provides the touchscreen solution in the reference design for Marvell's ARMADA(TM) 610 next-generation application processor.

The ARMADA 610 is Marvell's flagship application processor for mobile devices. It features extremely low power yet high graphics processing performance that is critical for an immersive visual experience. Integrated into the ARMADA 610 reference design is the Synaptics ClearPad 3000 Series, a full, unconstrained multi-touch solution complete with reference driver. This reference design enables OEM designers and applications developers to reduce their time to market for new handset platform software.
